Working terms
These are confirmed capabilities. Project-specific access, tools, and deadlines are agreed before work begins.
Available environments include Windows, Linux, macOS, and iPhone, with major-browser coverage. Korean mobile networks and a Korean App Store account are available for market-specific checks.
Korean-language voice testing is available for domestic numbers using a live microphone. With permission, the handoff can include recordings and evidence covering pronunciation, honorifics, latency, interruptions, and context retention. Domestic call charges can be covered.
Available 15–20 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends. Messages are usually answered within 2–3 hours during Korean daytime and within 12 hours overnight. A 20–30 item batch typically takes 3–5 business days once all materials are ready. Same-day work depends on scope.
Live meetings are available in Korean. Cross-language projects use structured, AI-assisted written communication. Screen sharing, camera-on meetings, small paid trials, and tightly scoped free tests are available.
Deliverables can be adapted to the client’s browser-based tool or file format after access and workflow are confirmed. Unfamiliar systems are tested before they are included in the committed scope.
Issue priority
Language preference and product defects are treated separately. A wording preference is not labeled release-blocking unless it creates a verified user or business risk.
Minor
The issue lowers polish or consistency but does not prevent task completion.
Awkward but understandable copy in a low-traffic help screen.
Major
A visible language, layout, or localized behavior issue damages trust or a key flow.
A Korean checkout CTA is truncated or describes the wrong action.
Critical
A reproducible issue blocks purchase, login, account safety, or another release-critical task.
A Korean address or payment flow cannot complete checkout.
Sample report
This public sample demonstrates the report structure before a project begins. It is not presented as client work, and any result that requires product access remains clearly marked as pending.
Process
Share the product, target journeys, and Korean material.
Confirm coverage, acceptance criteria, evidence, and delivery format.
Receive prioritized findings with evidence and recommended fixes.
Review the handoff and confirm any retest scope.
Profile
I am a Mechanical Engineering PhD student based in South Korea. My research background brings a disciplined approach to criteria, evidence, and technical reporting. I apply that approach to Korean product QA, separating verified issues from preferences and documenting every recommendation clearly. Public samples remain labeled as demonstrations until client-approved work can be shown.
